Kounterr is a Udyam-registered MSME below the GST registration threshold — service providers under ₹20 lakh aggregate turnover are exempt from registration (Section 22, CGST Act read with Notification 10/2017 – Integrated Tax), so no GST is charged and subscription invoices are not GST tax invoices. If we register later, tax will be shown at checkout. GST invoicing for YOUR customers is a product feature and works regardless.

Yearly and 3-year plans carry a 14-day full-refund window from purchase — buyer's remorse is covered. After 14 days they're non-refundable; the discount is the trade-off for the commitment.
